There are two famous rivers for kayaking in
Nepal. Lower Bhote Koshi east part of Nepal and Seti River (near
to Pokhara) on the west part of Nepal a perfect ground for
learning kayaking. This is a fun section for every body with
some calm stretches and class II/III rapids. Before starting the
trip instructor leader will deliver a safety talk and introduce
your kayaking equipment and you will teach how to handle a kayak
and skills like basic paddle stroke, getting in and out of eddy
line, catching the waves. Avoid the obstacles, rescue and roll.

Season:
October through mid- December and March through early May are
the best times. It is possible in winter, but you have to watch
out for hypothermia. During monsoon (June through September),
the white water sections are dangerous, but gentler stretches
