- To confirm a Trek/Tour programme, it has to
be booked at least a 30 days before the date of arrival.
- When particular Terk/Tour programme is booked and the date of
departure is confirmed, a 30% advance payment of the total
trek/tour cost has to be submitted to our following bank
account:

- Once Trek/Tour programme is booked clients are requested to
send us the following details 15 days before you arrival to
Kathmandu. [Groups name list, 2 PP size photo each of all the
members, PP Number, date and time of arrival to Kathmandu and
flight details.]
- If booked trek/tour programme need to cancel for whatever
reason, before 10 days from the date of departure, cost of
permits and other office expenses already incurred or 25% of the
total cost will be charged and balance amount will be refunded.
- If by some unavoidable situation the trekking members return
earlier then the proper time of trek/tour conclusion than the
amount will not be refuned in any case.
- All the group members have to be in Kathmandu two days before
the departure.
- Every itinerary is subject to change due to condition beyond
our control. This is a guideline showing tentative night stops.
Physical conditions also may change the itinerary. Your guide
helps you to make your decision.
- For expeditions and climbing we would prefer to have it booked
at least 6 month to the proposed period. Necessary materials
such as group size, members' bio data, photographs, alpine club
recommendation letters, application forms, royalties has to
reach us on time to fulfill the necessary formalities.
Note: Trekkers and expeditions groups must clean the camping
area together with our staffs, which is one of tour major rules.
Foreigner than Indian nationals are requested to pay their bills
in convertibabe currency. (Order Nepal Rastra Bank)
Release and assumption of risk
Walkers Expedition will put every effort to make your
holiday/journey very smooth and pleasant however, By booking
with this agency you acknowledge that there is an element o risk
involved, Walkers Expedition and its agents accept no
responsibility for any illness, injury or death. Neither will
Walkers Expedition and its agents accept responsibility for loss
or damage to your possessions. By booking you agree that:
- You assume all risks while traveling by air, by land, by
carriage, by horse or travel on foot.
- All medical expenses you inure, including rescue by whatever
means, medicals and repatriation cost are paid by you.
- You fully assume all risks and release Walkers Expedition and
its agents from any responsibility.
You acknowledge that you have carefully read and understand this
agreement.
You acknowledge that this is a liability release and legally
binding contract between you and Walkers Expedition. You are
making booking on behalf of yourself and on your own free will.
